As “Dance Moms” personality Abby Lee Miller continues her battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, she has remained quite honest with her fans about the effects the disease has had on her. And on Sunday (June 24,) this reality really seemed to hit home.

“Hair today, gone tomorrow,” Miller wrote alongside a selfie showing off her distinctive head of hair.

The very next day, on Monday, Miller shared another selfie of her laying in bed with a cap on her head. Fans will recall that Miller recently began her third round of chemotherapy.

It’s been quite the 2018 for Miller, as she has faced her share of health issues following her release from prison for bankruptcy fraud in March. Originally admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery for a possible spinal infection, the 51-year-old has spent a good portion of her time since then being treated for her disease.

“She has two more chemo sessions to go, but she’s in a really bad place — mentally and emotionally,” a source recently told People Magazine. “She’s really losing it. After the hospital, she’ll be going into a rehab facility, so everything is still up in the air. Right now they’re just focusing on her health.”
