Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham Announce Official “Private” Wedding Plans

Whether you love them or you hate them, “The Bachelor’s” Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his (second) fiancée Lauren Burnham seem to be happier than ever and now, they’re sharing their official plans to get married in January of 2019.

“We are very excited to tell you guys that we have booked a venue,” Lauren shared while she and Arie appeared on The View. “We’re getting married in Hawaii on January 12th next year!”

“It’s in Maui — it’s at Haiku Mill which has this beautiful, old world feel with a lot of vines and greenery,” Arie added. “It’s not your typical beach wedding. And it’s a private wedding, so not on TV — just a close group of friends. Probably 100 guests.”

Are we bummed that the wedding won’t be televised? Not really— but we know there will still be lots of talk about it regardless. Lauren added that they are incredibly happy (despite the not so stellar start to their relationship).

“We’re just really happy with each other and we vibe well together,” she said. “We’re best friends, so we’re just ready for that next step.”

Arie’s original “Bachelor” pick, Becca Kufrin, recently announced that she’s engaged again to one of the men from her upcoming season of “The Bachelorette.”
