Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub found herself back in court on Tuesday (June 18) as her and her fiancé Oliver Maier filed a temporary restraining order against Maier’s ex-girlfriend.

According to People magazine, Maier’s ex-girlfriend Gina Curko has been relentless in her effort to get back together with her ex-love, even going to the point of verbally harassing both of them.

However, a source close to the situation doubts those claims.

“It’s all lies,” the source says. “Oliver has been the one trying to get back with Gina, not the other way around. She’s happily reconciled with her husband. Danielle is just trying to stay relevant and on the show and trying to cling on to this relationship. She and Oliver have been the ones harassing Gina, not the other way around.”

Staub actually met Maier last year through Curko, who was dating the tycoon at the time.

This most recent drama is just one in a chain of many for Staub, who got engaged to Maier just a week after finalizing her divorce with Marty Caffrey. That wedding was shown on an episode of the Bravo drama.

This is the 21st engagement for Staub…and watching all of this go down is her very own daughters – 25-year-old Christine and 20-year-old Jillian.
