Jenelle Evans’ ex-boyfriend and father of her son, Nathan Griffith has broken his silence when it came to the ruling of the custody of his son.

In a now deleted Tweet, Nathan took to Twitter to urge his fans to complain about the verdict, which returned Jenelle’s two children to her custody, including her son Kaisher, whom she shares with Nathan.

“I’ve calm down a bit and just relying on my faith at this moment,” he tweeted with a link. “I’m not going to put my two cents in but if anyone wants to put their input, you can visit: https://survey.nccourts.org/1480690875 to complete a survey. Any input will help. The judge’s name is Pauline Hankins. TY #TeamGriffith.”

Jenelle lost custody of her children in May because of her husband David Eason’s behavior. David shot and killed the family dog after it snapped at his daughter Ensley. CPS was called and the children were removed from the home. Jenelle was also subsequently fired from “Teen Mom 2,”  the series that made her famous.

Following the decision, Jenelle shared an exclusive statement with ChampionDaily.com about her children being returned to her.

“Today [was] the final day we were in court from 9am-6pm,” she told  ChampionDaily. “[The judge] didn’t find any evidence against us of neglect or abuse of any sort. With everything that was presented as evidence, the judge found that CPS only had ‘hearsay.’ What CPS presented didn’t stand up to the definition of abuse or neglect. When the judge said her decision it was so ‘matter-of-fact’ tone and blunt that I was in shock but bursted out into tears immediately!”

While Jenelle and her husband David Eason were thrilled at the return of her children, others were not.

Jenelle’s mom, Barbara Evans,  told E! News, “The Columbus County judge did a great injustice to these children. Jace was very upset and didn’t want to go, so I didn’t send him back.”

After the decision was made, Nathan’s mother Doris Davidson, spoke to E! News saying, “Nathan is an absolute wreck over this. He called me saying, ‘Mom, I can not believe this.’ Kaiser is so loved, sheltered and protected here, I felt like I was lying to him, when I told him I was going to protect him. I couldn’t protect him. My heart is broken, its just broken…We are in shock, absolute shock, at the judge’s decision.”

Jenelle’s oldest son, 9-year-old Jace, with boyfriend Andrew Lewis, remains in the custody of Jenelle’s mom Barbara.
