Julianne Hough is quite the prankster. After getting hit in the neck by Paula Abdul’s flying hat, Julianne posted a photo herself in what looked to be a neck brace. But the actress/singer/dancer was just kidding. In fact, getting hit in the neck by Paula Abdul is a bucket list item Julianne can cross off.
In a post on Instagram, the 30-year-old shared a photo of her and Paula embraced in a hug along with a video of Julianne revealing that she is just fine.

“Straight up, let me tell you, my neck is fine! 😝,” she wrote in the post. “I was just caught in a hit and run by one of my idols! I love you @paulaabdul! 💋💕 Now bring that hat to @agt and let’s have a dance off!”
Wouldn’t that be great. Paula Abdul and Julianne Hough going head to head in a dance off on America’s Got Talent. We’ll standby until that happens.
In addition, Julianne posted a video of herself ripping off the item around her neck to reveal that it was just a joke.
“You know I’m kidding. Hit me in the neck all day long,” Julianne said in the video. “I will get hit in the neck for Paula Abdul any day.”
