Lady Gaga is standing up for her friend Cardi B, after the singer had received some backlash regarding her Grammy Award win for Best Rap Album.

While Cardi should have been basking in the glory and taking in all that comes with the win, the 26-year-old was instead making a profanity-laced video to defend herself against the the backlash. She also deleted her Instagram after deleting the video.

“It’s not my style for people to put other people down to uplift somebody else. That’s not my style and that’s not what I’m with. I don’t support that,” she said in the video. “However, I’ve been taking a lot of sh*t today and I saw a lot of sh*t last night… I work hard for my motherf**kin album.” She went on to rage against the haters.
