Luke Perry Burial Details and Death Certificate Released

As the world continues to get used to life without Luke Perry in it, details surrounding his sudden death have begun to surface.

According to the much-loved actor’s death certificate, obtained by People magazine, Perry was buried in Dickson, Tennessee on Monday (March 11.) Indeed, the state of Tennessee was an area that he loved, having owned a farm there since 1995.

The death certificate also noted Perry’s official cause of death as an “ischemic cerebrovascular accident,” which is also known as a stroke. Fans will recall that Perry suffered the stroke at his California home on February 27 and died five days later. The death certificate officially noted that the time of death on March 4 at 12:44 p.m..

Days after his death, Perry’s Beverly Hills 90210 co-stars still find themselves mourning his death. One of those people is Ian Zierling, who played the character of Steve Sanders on the much-loved show.

“People have been longing for a cast reunion for years but we had them all the time,” noted Zierling on his Instagram page Monday (March 11) alongside a picture of him, Perry and fellow co-star Jason Priestley in recent years. “We never lost touch.”

Another special co-star that has continued to mark Perry’s loss is actress Stephanie Beacham, who played his mom on the show.

“Dylan McKay and his hippy mum Iris,” she wrote on her Instagram page. “Not really, this is happy Luke and Stephanie. Special soul, we will miss you.”
