There is still hope for Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox. Or at least that’s how the Beverly Hills 90210 star is making it sound.

While the couple, who have been married for 10 years, recently split due to accusations that Fox was having an affair, Green seemed to hint that he hasn’t lost all hope that a reconciliation is possible.

“I mean, we have a lot of life left,” Green said on Monday (May 18) during an episode of his …With Brian Austin Green podcast, according to People. “So the paths have started going in separate ways for now. They could come back together. They may not. We don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t want to make any predictions with that because I have no idea.”

Recently, Fox was seen out and about with Machine Gun Kelly, leaving Green nothing to do but announce that he wanted to split from the Transformers actress. However, the two have much to lose, as they do share three children together.

“I will always love her and I know she’ll always love me,” he added.

Unfortunately, Green says that him and Fox have been drifting apart since late last year, when the actress left the country to film a movie with Kelly. When she returned to the states, Fox told Green that she had actually enjoyed her time away more than she thought she would.

“She said, ‘I realized when I was out of the country working alone that I feel more like myself and I liked myself better during that experience and I think that might be something worth trying for me,'” Green recalled of his conversation with his wife.” I was shocked and I was upset about it but I can’t be upset at her because she didn’t ask to feel that way. It wasn’t a choice she made, that’s the way she honestly felt. We talked about it a little more and said let’s separate for a bit… and so we did.”

Here’s hoping that these two can find a way to come together again very soon.
