Reese Witherspoon's mom isn't afraid to spill the beans on her famous daughter even when it's something like how much she idolized Dolly Parton growing up.

Reese Witherspoon‘s mom is a real treat. Betty is one of those what-you-see-is-what-you-get type of ladies, but she’s also sweet, refined and Southern. Kind of like her daughter Reese. Like, once Betty texted Reese about “lots of sex yes” in “Big Little Lies” and then made an appearance on “The Ellen Show” to confirm that she was fine with all of the sex.

More recently, Reese interviewed Betty for a new Meet My Mom series and we learned even more about these two Southern queens.

Betty shared that more than anything Reese wanted to be Dolly Parton when she grew up and she wanted to be Willie Nelson’s girlfriend when she was just 9-years-old.

Of course, now that Reese is one the biggest celebrities in all the land, she’s gotten up-close-and-personal with Willie and Dolly.

Betty also shared that she really, really likes Chris Pine and thinks he’s really hot.
