On Wednesday (Oct. 17,) Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha Busch, attended the star-studded CMT Artist of the Year gala to promote their new reality show set to debut next year. Yet, the very next day, she found herself in the hospital.

“From the glam red carpet last night to a hospital gown this morning,” she wrote on Oct. 18.

“Had a quick and easy procedure to remove the polyp in my uterus so that they could do the embryo transfer in a few weeks. It went great just a little groggy and crampy now. This was an emotional bump in the road but happy to say we have cleared another hurdle in our journey! I can’t thank all of you enough for your sweet messages and for sharing your IVF stories with us! We are a strong community.”

It has in fact been quite a journey for Bush and husband, NASCAR driver Kyle Busch. Earlier this month, the two came to their fans with the news that they are beginning another IVF process in the hopes that they might be able to welcome a second child into the mix.

“We’re so excited (and scared, hopeful, full of emotion) to be sharing this news and bringing you all along on this journey with us,” Samantha wrote on her Instagram on Tuesday (Oct. 2) alongside a video in which the two announced that they would once again be turning to IVF treatments to conceive their second child.

We pray that these two have good news to share very soon!
