March Madness was a real rollercoaster this year. There were more crazy upsets in the early rounds than anyone expected, but the finals were between two very predictable teams which produced a very boring championship. The real hero of the tournament was the chaplain of the Loyola Ramblers, Sister Jean.

The 98-year-old achieved international fame when her boys went on a historic and unprecedented run in the tournament. And she is still riding high. Sister Jean was invited to throw out the pitch at the home opener for the Chicago Cubs. She even wore a Cubbies pullover over her Loyola scarf.

If there is anything we can all agree on it’s that Sister Jean is a national treasure. Seriously, Nic Cage might try to steal this woman. That’s a joke, but seriously, someone guard her.
