After seven months of hard work and restoration, it’s finally time to unveil the inside of the Brady Bunch house that will soon serve as the site for the HGTV show A Very Brady Renovation.

Shared on Good Morning America on May 24, the house now looks eerily similar to the inside of the home that served as the setting for the Brady Bunch television show back in the seventies. All six of the original kids of the Brady Bunch all played a hand in the renovation of the home, including Barry Williams (Greg), Maureen McCormick (Marcia), Christopher Knight (Peter), Eve Plumb (Jan), Mike Lookinland (Bobby) and Susan Olsen (Cindy.)

“Alice was sort of a selfless character in the show, we saw some of her life, but it’s really nice to think we could pamper Alice a little bit,” Plumb told GMA during a recent interview.

Of course, not all of the Brady kids thought this renovation would actually happen.

“When I first saw this I thought it was impossible to pull this off,” said Knight. “It’s the definition of surreal. They created a home that we only have in our memory now because it was just a set.”

A Very Brady Renovation will premiere on HGTV this September.
