Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell Go At It During Hilarious Food Tasting Game on “Ellen” [Watch]

Kristen Bell and her husband Dax Shepard are a hilarious couple. So when the two got together to appear on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” you didn’t know what could happen.

Ellen got the couple to participate in a food tasting game called “Taste Buds.” What could go wrong? It’s a simple game of describing a food to your partner. Well, with Dax and Kristen, it wasn’t  just any ordinary game.

Here’s how it’s played, as described by Ellen.

“The two of you are going to be blindfolded and when I say go one of you will bend over to taste the food on the plate and then you will describe what you are eating to the other person, Ellen said. You cannot use the name of the food or use your hands. Once your teammate guesses what you’re eating you’ll hear (ding) and then it will be their turn.”

She added, “For every item you that guys guess correctly our friends at Shutterfly will donate a thousand dollars to prostate cancer foundation, to which the audience and Dax and Kristen applauded.

Sounds fun, right?

The first item up was oatmeal. Ellen had a little fun iwth Kristen moving the plate away from her mouth as she went for a taste. Apparently, Kristen didn’t catch the object of the game as she called out the item after tasting it.

“Hold on, Honey, honey, honey, I’m supposed to guess,” Dax said laughing. Ok, we think she has the hang of it now.

Next it was Dax’s turn and he had to taste ketchup and describe it to Kristen. After she guessed, mustard she finally got it.

It only gets better from there when Kristen has to describe Cheetos. We dare you not to laugh. Ellen was having so much fun with these two she refused to stop the game.

It’s safe to say, Dax is better this game than his wife. In the end, the couple got $10,000 for charity. All in a day’s work.
