Looks like Kate Plus 8 star Kate Gosselin has some trouble on her hands.

According to various reports, the reality television star is said to have been found in contempt of court after she allowed the filming of a few of her kids for an episode of her TLC show that ran in October without the proper work permits. Jon and Kate Gosselin’s 15-year-old children Alexis, Aaden, Joel and Leah all appeared on that specific episode.

If the news is true, the mom of 8 will need to pay $1,500 in legal costs to her ex-husband after going against the court order. This is on top of an additional $25,000 that the DailyMailTV is reporting that she also owes her ex-husband for various court dealings.

“The court agreed with me, they have given me back my rights,” Jon Gosselin said in an interview with DailyMailTV. “The guardian ad litem”The court agreed with me, they have given me back my rights,” said filming wasn’t in the best interests of my children, the judge said it wasn’t in their best interests, but Kate went ahead and did it anyway. But this order now puts her on notice that she has to do everything by the book. She can still film Kate Plus 8 or Kate Plus Date, or whatever she wants, but she has to go to court to get a court order to get my written consent first. Then she has to give me every single piece of information before they film.”

Well, alrighty then. If Jon has anything to say about it, his kids will never be a part of a television program again.

“I don’t think they will ever film again, I’ve heard nothing from TLC,” he said in the interview. “I really just want to get my kids off the television period. If they do film then Kate has agreed with this order, it was signed by a judge – so if she doesn’t comply, if she films the kids without permission again, she will go to jail.”

And there you have it.
