Boy how time flies. It seems like just yesterday we were watching Kate Gosselin and her husband at the time, Jon Gosselin, handle the chaos of their newborn sextuplets and their twin  girls, Cara and Mady on the TLC series Jon & Kate plus 8 in 2007.

Fast forward 12 years and those twin girls are all grown up. Cara and Mady, who were 7-years-old when filming started, are now 18 and graduating high school. Mom Kate is so proud, she posted a photo with her two girls on Instagram and shared a sweet message.

#Graduation ..this post is a little delayed (mostly due to post graduation exhaustion lol) but I’m still beaming with pride!,” Kate wrote. “It’s hard to believe that Cara and Mady graduated from high school this past weekend … and are headed off to college in the fall! Where did the time go???? Their Graduation day was such a wonderful day of celebrating THEM and all of their amazing accomplishments!”

She concluded by saying, “These girls are going places and I can’t wait to see where they end up! Cara and Mady, I love you so very much and I’m just so so proud of YOU! #ProudMom #Graduation.”
