It’s official – Oprah Winfrey is not invincible.

On Saturday (Feb. 29) in Los Angeles, the beloved talk show host was appearing onstage as part of her Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus tour when she stumbled and subsequently fell to the floor, just as she was talking about the importance of a balanced life.

Longtime love Stedman Graham quickly rushed the stage to check on her.

“Wrong shoes,” the sixty-six-year-old joked, as she lay on the stage. “It’s nice to be talking about balance and fall.”

Later on her Instagram Story, Winfrey reflected on the tour stop and her much publicized fall.

“L.A…You were lit,” Winfrey wrote in a post. “In spite of my fall, which now becomes a meme, you brought me UP with your energy. Now I’m headed home to ice my knee and ankle.

Oprah followed up with some words in her Instagram story, according to People. “I just thought, okay I fell, everybody knows what falling is. I thought this was a great day in spite of the fall. But I picked myself up. I don’t know if it was something on the floor, or my foot twisted, or what. I had the indication I was going to fall before. And then, it just is what it is. It was a great, great day.”

On Sunday (March 1,) Winfrey filled in fans as to how her recovery is going.

“Sunday Reading and icing,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a pic of her leg in a brace. “Thank you all for your kind wishes. Yes, I slipped on stage and I’m now a meme. But so grateful to be only a little sore. Turning the day into what Michelle Obama calls Selfcare Sunday.”

Here’s to complete healing very soon!
