‘Real Housewives’ Star Teresa Giudice Shares Loving Tribute to Her Father Following His Passing

Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice, is mourning the loss of her father Giacinto Gorga, who passed away on Friday, April 3 at the age of 76.

Over the weekend, Teresa shared several photos with her father, remembering him as the strong loving man that he was.

“Yesterday with the rain the skies cried 😢with me for you leaving…today you made the sun shine ☀️to let me know you arrived & found mommy💞,” she shared alongside a. photo of her father with her and his four grandaughters. “I know how you loved your Blue so today I raise a glass to you! 🥃🥃 Salute to you PaPa ❤️🙏🏼.”

Teresa lost her mother Antonia Gorga in 2017. Both her mother and father became known to fans when they appeared throughout the Real Housewives of New Jersey series.

Teresa also shared a memory of her father that happened on her 17th birthday.

“Always my rock ❤️ one of my favorite memories is my #17birthday,”  she shared. “I was upset because I thought I wasn’t getting a car so I refused to get dressed that day and then my parents surprised me with a new car! They told me to go answer the door and there my new car was. 😍 Both my parents were so thoughtful and always wanted the best for Joey and I. #240SXNissan.

Joey Gorga, Teresa’s younger brother, also stars on Real Housewives of New Jersey with his wife Melissa Gorga. Joe also shared a series of photos in memory of his dad.

“I can’t believe he is gone💔 The world lost an amazing man human being today. He was exactly what a true father and husband should be,” Joe wrote alongside a photo montage set to music. “I will miss you more than you know, But go find your wife because I know that’s all you want and all you’ve ever talked about for the past 3 years. You will be missed every single day. You had energy that lit up a room and everyone fell in love with you🙏🏼 You were truly one of a kind. I’m so happy you’re in no more pain. Rest In Peace Finally🙏🏼 4-3-20 🇮🇹.”
