I’ll be the first to admit that some of the reboots and revivals happening with ’90s TV shows and movies are getting a little out of hand— but I can’t help but get excited about Fran Drescher teasing a reboot of her hit show, “The Nanny!”

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Fran shared that the show was a turning point for her career and how shocked she is at how many people still love the show. Then, she teased that she and her ex, Peter Marc Jacob, with whom she co-created the original show, are working on something “big.”

“We’re talking about it. Peter and I are talking about it,” she said. “We’re working on a very big project. It’s going to be very exciting for the fans, but I’m not at liberty to announce it yet. But it’s gonna be big.”

While she didn’t officially confirm that the something big was a reboot of the show, she did say that she’s “not mad” at the suggestion for it to come back to TV. ”

“I mean, I’m waiting to get the call,” she joked.

If you remember, the show ended with Fran and Maxwell getting married, having kids and moving out of their mansion. “The thing is our show would be the same characters 20 years later. We can’t just pick up where we left off,” she said. “But in a way, that could be really good because the show can have a whole fresh bend to it.”
