Anyone who knows me well knows that I’m pretty much addicted to cheese. From cheese dip to cheese pizza to cheesecake, I love it all. If you’re like me and you’re looking (always) to get your cheese fix, look no further! These 6 recipes are easy, cheesy and 100% delicious.

Brie Stuffed Fried Pickles:

Ingredients:

  • pickles (whole)
  • brie
  • filo pastry
  • egg wash
  • breadcrumbs
Directions:
  1. Hollow out pickles and cut brie into strips that will fill the inside of the pickles.
  2. Wrap in filo pastry and dip in egg wash.
  3. Roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts
  • salt
  • mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil

Directions:

  1. Salt chicken breast on both sides and create a pocket to stuff the mozzarella cheese into.
  2. Coat in flour and dip into egg wash and roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides and place to the side.
  4. Coat baking dish with tomato sauce and place chicken on top.
  5. Cover chicken with remaining tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and basil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pizza Puff Pastry Twists

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (2 sheets)
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • egg wash

Directions:

  1. Cut the pizza dough in a circle and add pizza sauce and mozzarella. Cover with the other piece of pizza dough.
  2. Place a smaller cup in the center and make cuts surrounding the entire circle.
  3. Twist each piece and then glaze with egg wash.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • mozzarella (cubed)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb hot Italian sausage
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix together by hand. Take a small handful and start to form into a ball. Push mozzarella cheese into the ball. Roll around until round.
  2. Put 1 jar of pasta sauce into the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the meatballs on top of the sauce and layer with more sauce and then meatballs.
  3. Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours
Mozzarella Stick Onion Rings

Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • sliced mozzarella
  • egg wash
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Slice onions and then separate the rings.
  2. Cut mozzarella into strips that can be placed between two onion rings.
  3. Freeze for an hour.
  4. Coat rings in flour, egg wash and then breadcrumbs. Then coat them again in the egg wash and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Pizza Tots

Ingredients:

  • mozzarella (cubed)
  • Pepperoni (cut in half)
  • 3 1/2 cup hash browns
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix hash browns, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and egg together.
  2. Take a small amount of hash brown mixture in your palm and flatten it. Layer the pepperoni and cheese and pack together until it’s the shape of a “tot”.
  3. Freeze for 20 minutes and then fry until golden brown and crispy.
