If you’re always looking for new ways to achieve a flawless finish with your makeup, the baking trend may just be what you’ve been waiting for. Yes, this one is a bit more practical than glitter facial hair, and between you a me: you don’t actually put your makeup in the oven. Prepare to be amazed.

Quick vid of me “baking”/setting my makeup ??✨✨✨ I only do this on special occasions cuz ain’t nobody got time for that! I used Airspun Loose Face Powder in Translucent. I pack it on & leave it for about a min to set, so my makeup won’t crease & it keeps me matte all day and no cakeyness. Quick Tip: put the powder under your contour to clean it up and make it look sharper #Airspun #bakingmakeup #bakingface #worldwidemua #desiperkins #melformakeup #lillyghalichi #igbeautydaily #dressyourface #dianadoemakeup #mua #motd #macgirl #morphebrushes #brian_champagne #vegas_nay #amrezy #norvina #nyxcosmetics #nyx #anastasiabeverlyhills #makeupaddict #mannymua733 #makeupclips #patrickstarrr #glambymeli #maccosmetics #iluvsarahii #cakeface

Here’s how to get the look:

  1. Apply your foundation and concealer as usual.
  2. Layer translucent powder liberally on parts of your face you’d like to highlight. This can include under your eyes, the bridge of your nose, your chin, etc.
  3. Stop! Don’t touch that powder. Let it sit on your face for a couple of minutes. The heat from your face combined with the powder allows your foundation and concealer to set. That means no more pesky concealer creases under your eyes!
  4. Finally, dust off the excess powder with a fluffy brush and *bam*! You’re looking #flawless.
