Who doesn’t love a good Jell-o shot?? These are super easy to make and are perfect to serve for a girl’s night, your holiday party, a dinner party– you name it!
How To Make Cranberry Jell-o Shots:
Ingredients:
For Sugar-Coated Cranberries:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar, separated into 1 cup and 1/2 cup
- 1 pack fresh cranberries
For Jell-o Shots:
- 3 cups water, separated into 2 cups and 1 cup
- 2 packets of cranberry-flavored Jell-o
- 1 cup vodka
Directions:
To make the sugar coated cranberries, put 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan on medium heat and stir until the sugar completely dissolved. Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes, then add in the cranberries and stir until they’re coated. Remove the cranberries from the syrup mixture with a slotted spoon and place them in a gallon-size freezer bag and pour the remaining 1 cup of sugar on top. Shake the bag well to coat the berries, then spread them out on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
For the Jell-o shots, put a cup of water and your vodka in the fridge so they can chill. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the cranberry Jell-o packets and whisk until the Jell-o dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the cold water and vodka onto the mixture and stir. Place in the refrigerator in small cups or shot glasses and enjoy!
