Blind Joe Wows Judges on “The Voice”

“The Voice” just started, but it’s easy to see how tough the competition is going to be this season.

Blind Joe, a 34-year-old North Dakota native, took to the stage with guitar in hand and played the Steel Drivers’ “If It Hadn’t Been For Love” like no other contestant before him.

Joe was born blind but never let his disability get in the way of pursuing his dream. Like many country music stars before him, Joe started playing music in local bars and honky-tonks and is ready to go big.

Of course, Joe chose Blake Shelton to help him launch his career. Of course.
