During Jason Aldean’s Nashville tour stop on his Burn It Down Tour fans got a special treat! Not only was Aldean hosting several of his friends and family, including his dad who he says taught him to play the guitar, his other biggest musical influence was there– Randy Owen, Alabama‘s lead singer.

Before Owen joined him on stage, Aldean let the crown know what was about to happen, “It’s not a surprise that one of my biggest influences was Alabama…Make some noise for Randy Owen!”

The duo played two of Alabama’s biggest hits, “My Home’s in Alabama” and “Tennessee River.”
